Love 8000 miles away

 Verse 1

Carl and Ann, fell in love at first sight

The connection was strong and they knew it was right

But they've been miles apart, separated by the sea

Since fate brought them together, they dream of being free

Chorus

Love conquers all, even when it's so far

Carl and Ann, in love across eight thousand stars

Nothin's gonna stop them, not time and not space

Things would be easier but their long distance love remains

Verse 2

Though out of reach, the love stays alive

Every thought of the other, making their hearts revive

Constant reminders, allow the flame of their love to burn

They'll find a way together, no matter the turn

Chorus

Love conquers all, even when it's so far

Carl and Ann, in love across eight thousand stars

Nothin's gonna stop them, not time and not space

Things would be easier but their long distance love remains

Bridge

Carl whispers his love to Ann through the phone

Telling her how much he misses her when they're alone

Ann sends her love in words to Carl on a page

Ever so strong, they must stay strong through this age

Chorus

Love conquers all, even when it's so far

Carl and Ann, in love across eight thousand stars

Nothin's gonna stop them, not time and not space

Things would be easier but their long distance love remains

A way to stay safe in this wild and crazy world in a world that doesn't understand us Is one that's perhaps most abhorred Often we find it hard to process The sensory issues we face every day But there is a hope, our future is bright If we keep going, there's a better way Let's not give up, Each and every Day. Our strengths and our brilliance Will help us to trust Yes, the road can be tumultuous But together we can persevere For Autism should never define But simply be part of who we are
