We may not be like others
Sometimes it's hard to function in this everyday world.
we struggle sometimes in these conditions.
but We have special interests to help us.
A way to stay safe in this wild and crazy world
in a world that doesn't understand us
Is one that's perhaps most abhorred
Often we find it hard to process
The sensory issues we face every day
But there is a hope, our future is bright
If we keep going, there's a better way
Let's not give up,
Each and every Day.
Our strengths and our brilliance
Will help us to trust
Yes, the road can be tumultuous
But together we can persevere
For Autism should never define
But simply be part of who we are
